BARRE CLASSES NOW OFFERED AT YOGA ON THE CANAL

Starting Monday, May 24 Kelly will be teaching our new Barre classes….

Mondays @ 5:30-6:30 and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.

Barre is a total body workout. It is a combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates. A low impact workout that includes sculpting of arms with light weights, barre work to strengthen and tone legs, calf's, thighs and glutes and ending with core work and a cool down! Fun, upbeat music and a great workout.
