BALANCING OUR CHAKRAS
Chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to different organs, emotions, and psychological states. When chakras are balanced, they promote wellness and allow us to access higher states of being.
When your chakras are out of balance, you may experience a range of physical, emotional, and mental symptoms:
Physical: Pain, numbness, or other physical sensations in the parts of the body near the chakra
Emotional: Increased anger, sadness, fear, indecisiveness, or anxiety
Mental: Depression, cloudy thinking, or cognitive setbacks
Behavioral: Distrust in relationships, or other unhealthy patterns
Beginning Monday, Oct 28 8:30-9;30am @ Town Hall, Chesapeake City, MD
Together with essential oils, crystals and, of course, YOGA we will learn how to open and balance your
ROOT CHAKRA.
As we gain balance and focus through this practice, you will release your anger, chronic pain, depression, doubt and fear becoming stable, happy and healthy throughout your daily lives!
